    WHAT DO WE CHARGE FOR MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION?

    We charge a flat rate of 7 cents ($0.07) per line for medical transcription services, irrespective of the size of the account or the specialty. There is a nominal additional charge if you would like to use our toll free dictation system to dictate.
    HOW IS A LINE MEASURED?
    A line is defined as 65 characters. A character is any letter, number, symbol or function key necessary for the final appearance and content of a medical transcription document, including the space bar, carriage return, underscore, bold and or any contained within a macro, header or footer. The total character count of the final transcribed document is divided by 65 to get the line count.
    DO YOU OFFER TOLL FREE PHONE DICTATION FACILITY?
    Yes, we can offer you toll free phone dictation facility at an additional charge of 1.5 cents per line.
    WHAT IS THE BILLING CYCLE?
    We invoice at the end of each calendar month. Invoices are accompanied by detailed statements with the individual line counts for each file transcribed during that month.
    HOW ARE INVOICES SENT TO ME?
    All invoices are emailed along with a detailed statement.
    HOW CAN I PAY?
    You can pay for the medical transcription services by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The invoice will have a payment link for you to pay online.
    ARE THERE ANY MONTHLY MINIMUMS?
    No, there are no monthly minimums. We work with all client irrespective of their size or volume.
