Eyered Transcription Services offer very competitive pricing. We charge at a fixed rate of 7 cents ($0.07) per line of transcription. Our rates of medical transcription charges do not vary with the size of the account or the Specialisation.
At Eyered transcription Services, we consider a line to be a total of 65 characters. A character can be any letter, number, symbol or function key necessary for the completion of the transcript and giving it the desired, correct appearance. Characters also include spaces, carriage return, underscore, bold or any other character contained within a macro, header or footer.
The best way to measure the number of lines is to find the total character count on the final transcribed document and divide it by 65. This makes it easier to calculate your total medical transcription cost.

At Eyered, we create your invoice at the end of each calendar month. Invoices are accompanied by detailed statements. The statement shows you the total line counts and the transcription rates per line separately for each file transcribed during the said month.
All your invoices, along with the detailed statements, will be emailed to you every month.
We accept payments through credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. A payment link will be provided with your invoice. You can simply click on the link to be redirected to the payment gateway and conveniently pay online.
No, we do not have any monthly minimums. We apply the same medical transcription pay rates for all our clients irrespective of the size or volume of work. So you don't have to worry about a minimum order value.
