Dictation Options
There are 2 dictation options to choose from:

Handheld Digital Voice Recorders:
We provide free Olympus digital recorders to all clients.
Once the dictations are recorded, they are automatically
transferred to our secure FTP site by our proprietary
transfer software, AutoFTP 1.0. This software is provided
to clients free of charge

Toll Free Telephone Dictation: Our
toll free telephone dictation facility can be conveniently
accessed from home, office, or cell phone. Once recorded,
the voice files are automatically submitted to the designated
transcribers for transcription.
Transcription Delivery Options
Dictation can be transcribed into MS Word 2000, Word Perfect
or simple Text formats. Transcribed files are then encrypted
and can be returned by email, secure FTP or VPN transfers.
Turnaround
All dictations that are sent to us by 10.00 pm EST are transcribed
and back to you before 10.00 am EST the following morning.
STAT Transcription
We offer STAT transcription at an additional charge. Please
call or mail us for a quote.
Accuracy
Eyered Transcrioption Service guarantees an accuracy rate of 99%+ on dictations
that are reasonably clear.
