Q. What does the service cost?
A. Eyered charges the lowest rate per 65-character line. We use the Word Count feature (characters with spaces) of MS Word and divide by 65 to get the line count. There are no other hidden expenses. Please email us at info@eyered.com for a quote.
Q. Are the services HIPAA compliant?
A. Yes, all services at Eyered are fully HIPAA compliant. For more information, visit our HIPAA Policy page.
Q. What turnaround can I expect?
A. Taking advantage of the time difference between the US and India, we are able to offer a turnaround time of less than 12 hours from the time files are received by us. All dictations sent to us before 10.00 pm EST on a particular day are transcribed and sent back before 10.00 am EST the following morning.

Q. How do I begin using Eyered?
A. Eyered does not require clients to sign a minimum contract. To begin using our services, simply inform your account manager and he will set up the services
Q. How do I dictate?
A. Eyered recommends that clients use the hand held digital recorders such as the ones made by Olympus. Toll free phone dictation is also available at an additional cost.
Q. How do I submit my dictations?
A. You can submit dictations for transcription either by FTP, email or through our web based file transfer platform, which is available free to clients of Eyered.

A. You can receive the transcribed documents back through email, FTP or through our web based file transfer platform.

Q. Can I send my templates for Eyered to use?
A. Yes, you can submit your templates and the transcribers will use them during transcription.
Q. What formats can I receive my transcriptions in?
A. Eyered can transcribe your files in MS Word 2003, Word Perfect 6 or Text formats.
Q. How does Eyered assure quality on the transcribed documents?
A. After the files are transcribed, they go to the editor for quality control, proofreading, and formatting. Again all the transcriptions are counterchecked by medical specialists before being sent back to clients.
Q. How do I make payments for the services?
A. Eyered will send you an invoice at the end of every month. You can send send the payments by check to our office in India or by wire transfer.

A. Yes, Eyered presently works with several US based MTSOs and providing services to their clients. We can sign a confidentiality agreement with you prohibiting us from working directly with your clients.
